that was the first street race I ever saw in the state of Wyoming!! I didnt like that road....

I remember Adam racing, his car was pretty much brand new, and I also remember it bein COLD AS SHIT that night...

Nope. I've only sprayed my car once or twice on the street. Once was a solo pass with Adam. I had a 0.039" jet in it. I'm sure he could tell you more about that. That car NEVER even had nitrous on it till Apr 05.

Oh yeah, I solely blame tires for my only street racing loss in many years. It was when I first got my Nova together 3 years ago. I raced Barry (Meanstreet) and got hammered out of the hole. I was reeling him in, but didn't quite catch up. I didn't have the nitrous on my car at the time (or I probably would've hit it). I believe he was on a 200 or 250 shot. I was running 29.5/11.5-15 ET Drags. They were quickly disposed of for a set of QT Pros, and I've never looked back. The last couple times I had my car on that same road with the Hoosiers, I was pulling the front wheels in the air. I couldn't even do a burn out if I wanted.

One more Hoosier story...

Last time Tony's car was up north, I was not doing burnouts (couldn't really if I wanted to). No dry hops or anything. I was coming out of the hole on the brake, against the 2 step, with hardly no spin. Tony's car came out of the hole in front of that really fast white EVO 8 even! His car ran 11.6 at Bandi the next weekend. Oh yeah, the road was even damp. QT Pros are badass tires.

when I got my hoosiers I went from running 2.2 60s to a 1.8 but all I have to compare them to is street tires

Actually that was on the 150 jets, I didn't jet up to the 200's till I raced ya again last year, and the change hurt me more than it helped me on that particular night (my car sideways at nearly 120, headlights pointing out in the field at the top of third gear remember?) I do, still trying to get the brown stain out of my seat...

That was the same night I raced you again last year, you raced Adam a few times that night, once or twice on motor? And once on the spray? Ya beat him by about the same distance on every pass?...

my memory must be leaving along with everything else. i do know the nitrous along with Matt's small block went in Apr 05. the first time we raced was the big block on motor (which never had spray til this year). the 2nd was the small block on motor. i may have sprayed next to Adam once. the 0.039" jet is only a 50 shot. so i doubt it made a noticable difference on a 10 sec car. probably 1-2 cars at most on the street. not nearly enough to be able to see from the starting point. i dunno

I remember ya didnt have the juice on your old big block setup, and that makes sense with a fifty shot. Regardless your car screamed on both motors! I just wanted to set the record straight, I was never on a 250 shot, the highest I've ever sprayed was the 200 jets that I put in the car the same night that I raced you last year, dont want you mixing me up with Don Nath or 89turbo-lx, I've always been a firm believer of building a motor then adding some juice to it, not puting nitrous on a car then adding some motor...
