I need a set of tail lights for my 1986 saleen. But every set of tail lights that i find are for 87-93, I am pretty sure those lights should fit an 86 because the back end of the car isn't really different from 86 to 87. Sounds like a stupid ? but I can't remember so will 87-93 tail lights work on an 86.

yeah they will, i had 86 tails on my 93 notch and it has svo tails on it now(its in my avatar), they'll fit

ok i just didn't want to buy aftermarket ones and have that not fit or fit but look like shit.
