Well guys I got some answers about a post I had a while back and I got a new best and I also lost a head gasket. So anyway the new best was a 10.37 125MPH car nosed over very bad and slowed to 125 the 6.66 1/8 mile was 109 and the 60ft are still only 1.66. so yes a turbo grind cam makes a world of difference over the (Anderson B41) S/C cam that I was running. this is only the 2nd time at the 1/4 track with the turbo setup. I am done for the year so I will pulling it apart to take a look I hope I didn't hurt to much. But I am very happy with this. this is a street car that we can drive anywhere and get 13 mpg so far with still lots left in it. all the runs are made with ET Streets and with mufflers. the previous best was 10.76 at 135 and 6.98 at 105 in the 1/8 with 26 drees of timing. this time I pulled the timing out to 15 degrees total with the EPEC and the map. So you can see the et difference from a cam change. I have no doubts the car will run in the 9s next year with some more tuning. run down of the car 306 GT80R turbo Cartech outlaw kit ported TFS Heads and a Performer RPM intake and a Cam Motion cam with 3500 stall C-4 and 331 rear gears.
