They should be having another "Dyno Day" in the near future.

The last time we had such an event the "Green Snowball" made several local TA boys cry that life was unfair and that God above was overlooking their precious LS1 (The little engine that could).

Re: Colorado Springs, Colorado '92 LX

500 club would be nice. I hope the dyno day is after I get the car back up and running. Could use a good tune before having some summer fun. Still got a lot of work ahead of me. Being slowed down by the cold weather and snow...really crushes motivation.

The last time I attended the "Dyno day" it ended up being an all-day and into the late evening event. They allowed for folks to select a time in advance of the day of the event... slots that were not filled became "walk in" for guys like me who couldn't care less when they got a turn.

I believe there was only one Honda that put down more than me.

I can relate to the motivation thing... I refuse to twist wrenches on cold days. I suffer for it because there are three projects in the garage/driveway requiring attention. I dropped more $$$ into the Buick Grand National last night... larger throttlebody assembly and MAFt Pro. I am looking at a solid weekend of wrench twisting just on the GN alone. It gets old. I was supposed to have teenage boys doing this shit while I drink beer.

Re: Colorado Springs, Colorado '92 LX

This weekend is supposed to have snow both days. Thinking Mother Nature has it out for us, lol. I can lend a hand when you need. Still have some time before I am back at work. Can't do too much more on the stang until I go get my brothers engine hoist.

Once you own one... (engine hoist) it just takes up garage space like everything else.

Re: Colorado Springs, Colorado '92 LX

That's why I use my brothers. It's a pain to go 80 miles to Denver to get it, but it is nice when I can take it back and have the room in my garage, lol.
