well in the past i have used hydroxy cut, in all forms. now i use the i think its called pm...its a day and night pill just to maintain...but you need to have a good diet and excercise plan.

i eat like absolute shit, but i go to the gym for an hour every other day in the afternoon on top of the hour of PT every morning. I really think that for weight loss, you can't beat running. then weights for sculpting.

For more information than i can type, google FM 21-20. it is the army physical fitness manual. good workout shit in there. and some retarded stuff.

yeah i also am army dude and the 21-20 can suck my balls! im out in feb and would love to use that damn book to clean up oil in the garage

Hydroxy cut hardcore is what i use. I compete in body building now, it works. But i only take it on an empty stomach, and like 45 minutes before a workout. By that time, im more energetic then the damn energizer bunny. I am using Lipo 6 (the newer one) and the same thing. For improving on weight I use Wheybolic Extreme for my protein intake, its 60 grams of protein per serving. Typically a gram of protein to a gram and half per pound of what you weight. 180 pounds, 180 grams of protein... but thats if your crazy like me. Also, Muscle Tech Gakic, that shit is awesome. I usually increased about 10 lbs a week on my bench. My buddy used the new stuff by Muscle Tech as well, called Apeloaden? Spelt that wrong. He said it was fucking amazing...

Yeah, depending on all that you want to do, it verys. Looks like you want to just cut weight and lose fat. So just take account of everything you eat for a day, I mean everything. Do that for a week. Figure out your average calorie intake per day. Then reduce your calorie intake by 400 to 500 per day. You should notice a drop in weight. If everything goes well, you sould lose about a pound to a pound a half a week. Thats a good safe way to lose. That way your losing mostly fat, no muscle loss. And drink a shit load a water a day. I am at least a gallon a day. And when your piss smells funny, its fat... anything else, just ask. Good luck
