brake question

well the time has come to replace my front rotors on my 2000 v6. my question is what are some good after-market rotors?
i don't want to do a cobra brake swap or anything i just need to replace the rotors and maybe the calipers.

im looking at some powerslots from americanmuscle.com
but don't know if they're worth the money.

here's the link:
http://www.americanmuscle.com/94-04-...ors-front.html

any help is appreciated.

You might want to check some of the brakes at the tire rack. They tend to have pretty good deals. Just my .02

Re: brake question

The power slots will work great and are pretty durable for normal use. They look cool to if you get the ones that are cross drilled and slotted. You need to look around some more you can find them cheaper then that price at your link!! If you want I can e-mail you a list of mustang part sites I have compiled. They cover everything. You might want check out UPR or RPM Outlet. RPM has a section just for V6 stangs. Oh by the way the stang I drive back and forth to work is a modified 03 V6. I am looking to build a new motor for it. My goal is 350hp to the ground on E85 fuel. Can you say boost!!!

Re: brake question

i'm getting some baer brakes from advaced auto parts. the rotors are drilled and slotted and they are like 220 for the fronts. not too shabby. they should fit the 2000 v6 as well.
