Suspension

When i baught my car they either chopped or heated the springs, so the car rides like shit. What should i do i'd like to keep the same stance the car is now. Do i need shocks, springs? lowering kit? i dunno?

In my opinion, i would just get a eibach pro spring kit. The kit makes mustangs look a lot better and handle a lot better, but if you are looking to keep it original, just find springs from any car from 79 to 04. You can get springs very cheap from a junk yard.

Just need springs.......I would probably toss some shock's in there too, but lower springs like eibachs, will give you the look you already have.

either kit will FIT but prolly different rate springs.. My car was a 4cyl too. I used the stock (uncut) 4 cyl springs in it and its not too bad. I would go with the 5.0L kit

If you have new struts and the stock k member in the car...........I wouldn't worry to much about the struts...and just put new shocks in the rear...
monro's or what ever..

Once you get ready to build a racing suspension, then (in my opinion), you start to look at coil over's and the such.

yeah the roads suck here too !! even worse is I run 90/10 lakewood drag struts and NO front sway bar.. all that with 4 cyl springs just sucks for turning and pot holes!! lol
