Thoughts on upgrades

Hey everyone...almost lost my stangs but back to work and back for more upgrades and looking for some suggestions

I have a 1997 cobra that I swapped a 2004 supercharged (Eaton 2.76 pulley) cobra motor and T-56 tranny in. What I have put on and in to so far:

Canton coolant reservoir
All new radiator hoses
MAC Long tube w/ MAC H pipe custom cat back w dumps before the axle
2.76 billetflow pulley and idlers
Diablo sport tuner w/ custom tune


Fuel system

new fuel tank, filters, solenoid, and wiring
granatelli fuel pick up
paxton fuel pump w aeromotive fittings
aeromotive fuel rails
aeromotive regulator

transmission

T-56 w Mgw billet shifter
Center Force Duel Friction Clutch
Dynatech custom shorted drive shaft

Exterior

chrome bumper inserts
18" chrome 03/04 svt cobra wheels


I was thinking of putting a saleen body kit on (maybe changing the paint color or doing something unique, any ideas), new catback exhaust system ( wondering what should i go with, sounds too much like a drag car right now), and I have the 97 radiator and fan and was looking for a better cooling system, and possible some power adders suggestions.

I am pushing out right now 459 rwhp and 525 rwtq and looking to push out some more

Any suggestions about anything will help me in my decision...I have been going back and forth on things and could use some help

didn't see any gears that would be my suggestion like 4:10s or 3:90s some where in that range

X 2 !!!

have the heads ported maybe even have the eaton ported.. Unless your budget allows a upgraded blower.

Holy crap I want to do that to my engine! I would say some subframe conectors

I would look at a blower upgrade and maybe a bassini exhaust.....

That the exhaust I could NOT think of earlier!! lol


The 04 cobra I rode in when I was in FL has a upgraded blower, ported heads and that exhaust. Car rode out NICE.. 750 rwhp and sounded GREAT !!

What heads and cam are you running? I didn't see them listed. Might look at a heads and cam upgrade. I recommend Magnaflow exhaust.

i say keep it a sleeper don't change the body, but add more power

I have an 03 cobra with SLP exhaust and a stage 5 steigmeyer ported eaton. My car a very conservative tune puts down 540 rwhp and 630 rwtq and is has a 2.93 upper and 6lb lower on it. I would say have the blower ported and SLP exhaust you will be happy with the results. I have stage 3 cams and ported heads for it but I am afraid of it having problems over here so I will wait till I get back to the states to install them. Later
