anyone know if an 05+ steering wheel can be retrofit into a 99-04 car?

IDK but a better choice would be a FR500 steeringwheel which I had on my old GT. Still got it collecting dust. It looks really nice and is much fatter than the stock one.

IMO the best steeringwheel Ford ever put in a Mustang besides maybe the new S197(I hate the GT500's steeringwheel) is a 03/04 cobras. It might look the same as a regular Mustangs but trust me it isn't. It is nice and fat and feels perfect in your hand. If I still had another SN95 Mustang I would try and find the part # for the Terminators steeringwheel and order that one.
