You don't need a new axle. What i would do is if you can get the wheel off, remove the axle, go to a parts store and purchase new lug nuts and wheel studs. Take a punch and a hammer and punch out the old studs. Flip the axle shaft over and with your hammer punch in the new studs......reinstall the axle shaft, put your wheel back on along with the new lug nuts and you are done.

Hey Hotwheels, i sorta got totally effed on my mustang. I live in Canada and i just moved from one province to another, and had to do an out of province saftey on my car, which costed me a totally of $1700cdn. I got insurance for my car the day i got it back from getting the inspection (which took 4 weeks to do a 3 hour inspection). I got Cobra R rims for my car a year and a half ago, and i went to go and take my 2 rear ones in to get checked out, and while i was taking them off, i snapped off one of the lugs, and 3 of the other 4 were stripped right out. It looks like someone just put the lug nut in the impact wrench and put it on like that. What should i do? and how would i go about getting a new axle for my 7.5" rear end?
