Raced a Stang.
The other night I was uptown at my usual hangout spot and this really nice Stang my body style pulls in the parking lot. He looked under my hood and was telling me he has Cam's witch I could tell when he pulled in and that his car made 311HP on a dyno and he had stock gear's and he had the Professional Product's Intake and the BBK 78mm Throttle/Intake and had larger injectors and a Focus fuel pump. He said well you don't really have anything forme I chuckled and he said why did you laughe I said nothen. He asked if I wanted to runem and I said sure we went out on the highway and roll raced we bothe won 2 out of 4 then I take him to a 1/4mile spot and we raced from a dig I smoked him. I couldn't beleave I beat him as bad as I did lol. I guess it prove's that HP and dyno number's don't mean squat. I've never put my car on a dyno but I don't even think I have 300HP. Maybe my car has more then what I even think it doe's. I also have street tire's on my ProStars. I get back to my hangout spot and he just drive's by and don't even wave at me lol. I thaught it was Great!!! lol. I still can't beleave I beat him though his car sounded really mean.

311 to the wheels with those mods? not likely. he would need some head work and not just cams, plus a host of other goodies to push 311 to the wheels. Good thing you put him in his place.

Yea I'm no genious by no means but I do pay attention on this site and the other site's I visit and I didn't see how he would have 311HP either. I've learned alot in the last year and it's all thanks to all of you for the help and suggestion's thanks alot everybody.
