Stroker or super charger

If i go with a n/a stroker i know it will probally be more reliable, but only see around 400 maybe 410 rwhp this on a 03 mach1, so wich cams would you recommend this car is mostly street and afew track day events a year just for fun...

-------- added 2 Minutes and 3 Seconds later --------

As for the supercharger i was thinking either Vortech or kennebell with forged rods and pistons...

would this be your final engine MOD or a start? i would go with the stroker first...then add IMO a KB Blower.
Obviously with a stroker kit your going to give yourself better performance in N/A applications, but with a Blower only you will be limited to what your motor can handle.

I may be Dumb to the subject but that's what i was kinda planning on doing in phases. Stroker first, later and the blower. Will this not work ?

I would stroke it,port the heads, add cams over putting a blower on the stock shortblock. If yours cars a manual, you do have a steel crank already though. So rods and pistons, and you could run a shitload of boost. Cant go wrong either way.

Found this post on modularfords

There is a lot of different ways to get a stroker from these motors, many of them not being optimal. Just be careful and do your research. We have been using a stroker in our race car for 5+years now with great results.
We have done strokers for 96-07GT's, 96-04 Cobra's, Machs, etc... Just a stroker with stock heads & cams will probably make 15-20rwhp 20-30rwtq. If you do heads & cams I have seen 385-400+rwhp depending on compression & intake. Then a stroker with heads & cams will make incredible power with some boost on it. We just did one in an 03 Cobra with twins that made 700rwhp on 93 octane with 10 psi of boost and @ 14-15psi it made 835rwhp. Which goes with the theory that on an efficient engine at 14.7psi you double the N/A HP.

White 99 Cobra with blue flames. 8.00@179 on true 10.5" slicks and 8.30@168 on radials, soon to be 7's on both.
03 Sonic Blue Cobra; Eaton=476rwhp 496rwtq , N/A = 305rwhp 287rwtq , Twin GT35R's = 820rwhp @ 19 psi. 10.10@137 weighing in @ 3800lbs on 17"s.
302" stroker makes 1,012rwhp 0n 20-21 psi. or 975rwhp @19 psi.
