4.6 5.0 EFI harness?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anybody knew if an engine harness (injectors, etc.) from a 4.6 would work on a 5.0 EFI setup?

prolly NOT.. I could be wrong but Im pretty sure the MAF is a different style plug and prolly a few other sensors

I have a 5.0L harness. its the red dash connector/air bag style... If thats the one you need just let me know.

yeah, thats what i figured. worth a shot. red89coupe, i would be interested in it. I am just look for all the connectors really. I am planning on going with the megasquirt standalone ecu unit. But i wouldnt be able to get that from you till after the first of the year. But i will remember to ask you when im ready. thanks.

well IF all you need are the connectors I would get them at a local junkyard off a 4 cyl car.. MOST of the connectors for the 4 cyl fox body cars have the same plugs.. I know the injectos (only 4 tho lol) MAF, IAC and a BUNCH of others are the same.

Alright, well no rush right now anyways, i want to get the ecu first before i go getting a bunch of parts. i will let you know when i am ready. thanks again red89coupe

If you dont have any luck. I've seen a bunch of those harnesses for sale in the last week. 50-75 bucks.
