well if you think you over oiled the filter...run it without the filter and see if it still surges, or put on an old filter and try it that way

yea your good its not a great thread anyway im gonna clean my maf sensor here in a minute but if i dont notice a diff i guess i need a tune unless yall can think a something

I had the exact smae issue with my old BBK CAI.. I "clocked" the maf and it helped but didnt cure the problem. you can swap back real quick and see if that is your issue.
