Engine Talk
If you are looking for information on a specific engine, you are in the right place. Hopefully we can all learn from each other on how to tune your car for daily driving and how to get the last ounce of performance from your ford engine at the track.

Building of a tropical monster

I am in the process of building up my stang. It is an 01 GT with an auto tranny. I plan on supercharghing it. But I would like to build it based on my budget.

For now, I would like to start off with some cams and headers. I currently am running 4.10 gears, Mac H Pipe, Cold Air Kit, SCT Tune, Pulleys, MagnaFlow Exhaust. Which selection of cams and headers would work best, with my current crop of bolt-ons, with an eventual ProCharger DS1, that would maintain good street manners and monster like performance.

My ultimate aim with this car is to run 11s in the 1/4 mile.

Please give me some advice. Cause, unlike in many parts of the states where it is FORD COUNTRY, my little island is bow tie central and import land. So help me introduce the power of the pony. Thanks.
