96 GT fuel pressure

I have been looking everywhere and i am not getting any hits for it while i am at work.

What should be the fuel pressure be on a stock pumped, 19# injector 96 GT?

Trying to buy a fuel rail pressure gauge and undecided on what one to get.

i'm pretty sure it should be 39 lbs at the fuel rail
