moroso oil pan?

I got the 7quart one and i heard some people had to notch their k-member and it has a pan dipstick that threads in it, and what do you do with the hole in the block where the stock one went?

This is going to sound bad but I just filled the hole in my block with RTV you can use alot of stuff but the RTV holds pretty good if you get in there all the way. Just put as much in there as possible.

Mine is about as bad as his. I stuck a wooden dowel pin in the hole and gooped it up with RTV.

I actually took the time and tapped the hole and screwed a bolt into the hole.

More ways to plug a hole than you can shake a stick at..........lol.

Not sure what we did to plug mine, but I'm pretty sure it involved RTV. I'm running a 7 qt Canton oil pan and did not have to notch my k member. It clears, but just barely and the torque takes it away from the side that is close.
