4 banger fuel delivery

Ok. Ive done 4 banger to 5.0 swaps before. They were always carbed though. I always used braided line all the way back for the fuel. I was considering doing one and keeping it EFI. Whats the difference in the stock fuel line size on the 4 banger compared to the 5.0's. Is it big enough to run a mildish 5.O ? Meaning heads,cam,intake,ect. w/ stock shortblock. I believe that could be my only setback. Im pretty familiar with all the ECU swapping. Also if you can think of any other problems I may encounter,please let me know. Like fuel lines come up on the wrong side of the car or anything like that. Thanks alot guys/gals.

On my 4 popper they come up in the driver side rear corner then go to the intake from there instead of the passenger side strut tower....
