Distributor and Coil

On my 92 stang it was a fuel injected 4 banger now it has a 89 lincoln 302 with the wiring harness for the fuely out of the car. On the distributor the red wire where dose it go and on the coil where dose the positive wire go. I dont know if you can run it directly to the battery or if you have to run it to the fuse block. PLEASE HELP SOON I WANT TO TRY TO START IT TOMORROW.

I just need to know how to get spark where do i take the power wires do i hook them up and to the battery direct or to the fuse block, I dont think they should have constent power. Thanks for you input tho.

ummm if i am not mistaken you need to run your power wire to something that is controlled by switch, like your ignition, when the key is turned on, power supplied.

Hey me and my bro got it running this morning. We took the positive wire off the distributor and ran it to the coil and the positive coil wire and ran it to the selonoid and it works.
