MAF Fitment

When putting in a maf is it okay to go from 3.5 inch intercooler piping to a 3.5 inch maf into a 3 inch pipe going to the throttle body?

I would not see any problems with that. but make sure the MAF does not go in right after a bend.

It comes after a slight bend just because thats how the kit is set up but I am purchasing the new cyclone maf from anderson ford that samples air at 360 degrees so its perfect for that set up.

with THAT MAF you should be good to go, but with most other MAFs I would strongly suggest keeping it 3.5in for 12in before and after the MAF and STRIGHT as possible of course.
