I wish I could help but you lost me. I have never dealt with binary codes or any of that complicated stuff.

Re: O2 sensors ?

Don't know why an SES light would have any bearing on whether an O2 was functioning properly or not.

If you aren't getting an O2 signal, either the O2 sender is bad, the line running to the sender is burned through or broke, or you are sampling the wrong signal in the reader.

Dunno if this is anything like the OBDII readers, but there could be more than one signal with the same name in the reader. Some are exclusive to a particular car. When possible read the exclusive ones and not the generic.

Dunno if that'll help or not.

Re: O2 sensors ?

YES !!

with the CEl on the o2s should still give a 0.0-1.0 reading. In fact no readings is prolly why the CEL is on

make sure you are getting power/ground to the o2 at the connector..
