just got my moates quarter horse and binary editor and ecc anylizer and the program u download the demo and get a actvation code for them well i didnt get them in the mail so i called moates and asked what was up and they said that the program is run by a guy named clint garity and i should get an email soon from him on instrutions but that was around 8:00am this morning well around 3:30 i knew they closed at 4 so i called and they told me they cant find him so i cant activate my solfware to tune my car. so they tell me that i just have to wait and i paid an extra $100 to get it be4 the weekend and there was no fuckin point cause i cant use it . i dunno what the fuck to do if this guy just ran the fuck off.

ask for your money back or threaten to return the whole thing and bad mouth them to everyone you know.

Thats one reason I didnt get the Moates...there is "free" software,the clint guy has software and so does Paul Booth...I couldnt figure out which one to get much less figure out how to tune my car lol

yea its ok now got it installed will post pic soon trying to figure all the stuff out with BE and EA but is awesome how u can change on the fly .

Glad to hear that you got your stuff straightened out! I can understand how damn frustrating it can get sometimes with vendors. When I was going through my Fox body I had a few gripes about some things being back ordered, but 90% of it went off without a hitch!
