need some help

Hey all, I just recently installed a March alternator bracket and MSD street fire coil. I'm having charging issues, not getting charge to battery from altern... Took altern. in and had checked its good, batt reads 12.2 volt while running and out of car. I also removed EGR and started installing new autometer water temp and oil press gauges. Got batt light on and fact. amp gauge reading low. Im lost not sure whats going on!!! Took wires off Starter relay, believe i have them back right. Starting to second guess myself now. Anyone got any help, pics of how starter relay wired up on 93 gt... been fighting it all day.. dunno if the computer is acting up or what.. Any help will be greatly appreciated....JR>
