10 gallons of beer!!!
I just racked my Classic American Pilsner into the secondary fermenter. I have room for 5 more gallons.........Hmmm.........

I'm going to get the stuff for another batch of American Wheat and brew that up this weekend. Then, I'll have 5 gallons of pilsner ready when I get back from TDY to go in the Keg and 5 gallons of Wheat Ale ready for the secondary. Soon enough, I'll almost always have about 10 gallons of beer in the fridge at any time.

Bye-bye 32 inch waist.

I love making this shit. This weather helps too.

I just can't seem to enjoy a store bought beer anymore.

Hell no! This is for fun and great taste, no competition here.

I just bought the stuff. Man I love the smell of the ingredients. My pilsner is looking great but I can't get my basement cool enough for the yeast. Funny, usually I'd be happy about that.

I'll have plenty of beer while I'm laid up after surgery.

Hell yeah,
I don't mind having a meet here and passing out the beer.

Just have the wives along to drive back for you. They can drive the stangs over and fill up my cul-de-sac.

I'm not too fond of alot of the darks. I do want to do an IPA but don't know if I like the super hoppiness yet.

We did a porter at my friends house that seemed to taste pretty good. Imight try that too. My main concern is to find the right wheat formula for me and then have the second and even maybe third keg for testing types. I'll do smaller batches for testing though. That or have alot of meets here. I guess I'll have to start watching football too then. or I can order UFC's on split pay again and I supply the beer.
