New batch of beer coming up

I just finished putting my Keg stuff together, bought the ingredients for my next batch. It's going to be a Classic American Pilsner using a German Lager yeast and 3 different hopp styles. Should be good. I'll get the stuff for the next batch in about a week. That'll be a Honey Wheat batch. I only have so many fermenters that I have to limit my making.

Where is a good place in Cheyenne to get Propane tanks filled for cheap or even swapped?

Thanks
Dave

Best place to go for propane refills is little america out by home depot......they have a refill station over by the diesel fuel islands.

If they're cheaper than Home Depot then I'm all for it. I'll check them out tomorrow. Thanks Doug! Did your boy get on the plane???

Also, if you're intereste in any of my parts or the car, let me know. I think I'm around 80% sure I'm selling.

Dave

Well, Here's what I wrote to someone in a PM so I'll put it here and then post it on the classifieds.

I just finished welding in the torque box reinforcements, Maximum Motorsport Subs, and still have to finish sanding and painting the bay. Here's a list of what it has.

93 Mustang GT with 45,000 original miles.
S&W 8 point roll bar.
MSD 6 AL under drivers seat and 2 step to wire in still.
Moroso Battery box and Flaming River cutoff in back using 01 ga welding feed wire and 02 ga alternator wire.
QA1 K member with mounts for motor and removable spring mounts.
QA1 adjustable (Heim Joint) A arms shortened by 3/4 inch to narrow front end.
MMR adjustable coilovers on stock struts. 175lb springs.
Maximum Motorsport CC plates.
F/R manual rack and pinion with steering adapter.
98 GT spindles with 01 PBR dual piston brakes. Came off a new car that was strupped for drag.
Ron Davis radiator with MkVIII fan.
Cobra grille insert. Painted to match the car.
Cut off front swaybar mounts.
95 GT master cylinder with gutted factory and new adjustable P valve.
Hurst line lock wired into an AFM switch in the ash tray panel but activated by horn button on wheel.
Autometer ultralite tach, boost, electronic fuel pressure, temp and oil gauges in a dash pod and the center vent pod with vents still.
Rear seat is removed but I have all the parts still and it fits in perfectly. Batterybox relocated in the hatch tire well with red top Optima.
Holcomb shifter mount for auto shifter.
Hurst C-4 shifter with cable and brackets.
Drivers 3" 5 point (never used but out of SFI date)
Boxed stock rear arms with all poly bushings. Still is able to and has stock rear sway bar (didn't have money or time for ARB yet).
Factory GT springs rear.
welded axle tubes on factory 8.8 with Moser 31 spline C-clip axles and FMS diff. 3.73 and 3.27 gears included. 3.73's installed.
89 Lincoln MkVII rear 11" rear discs.
Weld 3.5's with street 165's and 10's with 275/60/15 MT ET Street radials. The 10's are drilled but the radials hold air fine. I will throw in the screws, some 28/10.5 ET Drags and tubes too.
I have a sumped factory tank in it with a -10 feed and -6 return. The feed runs from one sump to the Vortech 10 micron filter, splits to 2 -8's with dual Walbro's, back into one -10 and all the way to the rails. The lines run through the subs. I'll throw in the Paxton regulator too and even the 1/2 inch rails if the right price is given.

That's the car without drivetrain.

Here's the drivetrain,

Dart Sportsman based Eagle/Scat 347 with 20cc dish probes.
ARP studs all over.
Ported Vr Jr heads with 303/207 cfm at .600 and ceramic coated exhaust valves with 1.6 RR's.
Cometic head gaskets.
sheetmetal valvecovers, modified for the bigger blower intake pipe.
Ported RPM intake
EGR delete plate, 70mm polished TB
3G alternator
NMRA EFI renegade cam (242/252 .576/.576 on a 115lsa)
Dropped solid motor mounts
Milodon deep sump pan with pickup.
Factory distributor with AFM 10.5mm wires.
Hooker 1 3/4 LT's with 3" collectors. I cut and rewelded the primaries so the tubes were closer to the motor to fit with the motor set back farther. They are high temp coated with paint.
Vortech V-7 YS trim with 30/72 tooth 30mm cog setup and mondo BOV. I made a power pipe intake but the inlet to the blower is AFM.
No smog or AC, I have all the cruise stuff but pulled it off.
SFI small flexplate for C4
80MM MAF for 36# injectors with matching injectors
72# injectors for after startup run in.
I have a mostly complete Accel Gen 6 that I will include.
AFM PMS newest version with 3 bar map.
1/2 inch rails.
A9L
3" 2 Ch flows

Tranny, C5 modded with C4/C5 stuff. PA servo, 6 gear planetary 26 spline hardened shaft, all new Alto red clutches with one extra each, partial roller, welded bands ( have to tear apart to put one upgrade band in), deep aluminum pan, Converter is a 9.5 inch but I'm not positive on the stall. He said it was a 2800-3200 on a NA 357. It hasn't even been used so he's just going off what he ordered and never verified. B+M tranny cooler with high pressure AN lines.

Man I can't remember the rest and the kids are nagging me.

I just got a UEGO 2000 wideband for it too.

I still need a 3" X pipe, finish sanding and painting the bay, reconnect the brake lines and bleed it all. take tranny apart and put new band in(and verify tolerances), put motor and tranny in, find out where I want to put the BOV and weld on the port for it on the blower outlet pipe, put the wiring all back in nice and neat, get it aligned, get an anti roll bar or just put in the stock swaybar in back, fill fluids and drive it.

I have just about $5000 in parts in the car and $15,000 in the motor with trans and blower. That's not including the purchase price of the car. I don't want to sell the motor if the car don't sell. I know the motor will go but I've seen people get raped on their work in cars.
Most of these parts are brand new or have hardly any run time or use on them. I'm not even going to mention the time I have in what I did so far.

I'm getting into the older classic cars with 4 doors so my family can cruise with me and so it won't depreciate while I'm overseas with the wife while the project sits. I also have to consider my health and available track time. I have a 60 falcon wagon, a 63 Fairlane 500 4 door, a 57 Bel Air 4 door, 2 53 Chevy Deluxes and a million Impalas at the farm. I thought of a modular Falcon wagon or Fairlane on air bags but I might go and do up the 57 with an LS1/4l60E and a C-4 vette running gear. I know I can get parts for it and they fetch a good penny when finished. Either way, I have to wait until we get back from overseas to start. Not sure what I'm going to do. Cars seem to have to wait for the kids. I just know this one isn't going to do me any good sitting.

I know what I want and what people will pay are not going to mesh.

If I found a nice classic trade or something else, I'd even consider it. Anything's possible.

We have decided that if I can't get a total of $15,000 for it all then I'll just have to keep it and finish it. I know I have to take a loss but I won't take it in the rear.

If anyone's interested, let me know.

I'll post this in the classifieds now Doug.

Thanks
Dave
