Unhappy Hesitation Issue and ?

So I have been living with the horrid hesitation in my car. I bought the first tune from BBR and hated it. It ran like a scolded dog but the hesitation was more pronounced, went to Brenspeed for the next and the tune is smoother but still a bad lag. I can not figure out how to get my SCT to datalog for me so I could not give BBR a far chance to fix the tune.

I finally got a buddy of mine to ride with me (even though he is a dodge puke) and the car did it... He said to him he feels like there is either a delay in the fly by wire or the throttle body is hanging up and not opening like it should. I did it a second time and pumped the gas at the hesitation and it came out of it quicker which made me think he is right.

So with the Steeda intake is there any chance the MAF could be causing this or should I have the TBody checked?

Sounds like you need to get the TB checked out.

Re: Hesitation Issue and ?

I have heard of bad T/B lag issues in modded mustangs, some were even eliminating the fly by wire, mostly drag racing.

Every new Ford i have driven does have a very slight lag with the throttle.
I had our Edge reprogramed 4-5 times to try to get rid of it. Never did, got it better, but never gone.
