I bought a explorer intake

I have been wanting a cobra/explorer intake for a while now so I scooped one up. Only paid 150 shipped and came with the t/b and fuel rails which is perfect. the t/b is 65mm and the fuel rail is different then the stocker which I wanted for when I re-do my fuel lines.

Im gonna need to give it a good cleaning, drill/tap a 3/8 NPT for the ACT sensor a good sandblasting and coat of paint.

Hell I have been waiting on PMAS for over 2 weeks now about the fried MAF, I might even have time to try my hand at porting the damn intake before the maf comes back lol

It should do fine. it flows way more then the stocker as it is plus with a lil clean up it should do really well..

I think I might just sandblast and clear coat it.. I like the looks of this one.

I also have a 70mm t/b to go on it..

You'll be happy with this intake, I cut that dang piece off the side that is for the explorer throttle cable. Then I cut grooves on the side to match the rest of intake then coated it in black to match car. I may fill in them grooves with silver paint also.

I think so... I like the GT40 tubular intakes better but they cost about $450, $150 shipped for the explorer and its basically the same flow wise just looks a lil different.
