Race vid of the car.

Im going to start posting up vids of the track on a new thread. Feel free to throw up what you got.

Took the stang to the track again on the 2nd of July.......Wow is all I can say. I got a set of balls and ran it full throttle after one half throttle half track pass that netted a 11.55.

For the full throttle passes I still shut it down at half track but its realy coming around. Car deffinately needs the wheelie bars! Best pass I shut it down about 3 car lengths from the 1/8 mile and shifted on the rev limmiter 7700 rpm, it still coasted to a 10.80 @91.81mph....and ran a 6.23 in the 1/8th, ha ha thats some funny shit for a mph. It pulled the wheels hard and planted the bars that in turn unloaded the tires for just a bit. My buddy said they spun about 4-5 revolutions before they grabbed again, car still managed a 1.42 60Ft on the pass. I did notice a high rpm miss and am going to go through and re-gap all the plugs -.005 and run it again and so on unitl it stops. Bad news is this is the only pass my little girl didn't video.....I got the timeslip though so no BS here on it.

The other good pass was all the same as above but launched at 3500 RPM and shifted about 6500 RPM, car coasted to a 11.05 and 60 ft 1.40, Words can't describe how the car feels under acceleration, man it sticks you in the seat and you feel the G's pulling on your face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a 11.16 pass that I shut it down well before the 1/8 mile mark. You can here is shut down, also you can hear the miss pretty good on this vid. I will get some still up of the 10.80 pass and the burnouts.

Just keeps getting better and better. Wanna bet that you end up with 1.2 60ft times and deep into the 9's when you get used to her and get the bugs worked out? Keep at it. Looks good.
