RPM Outlet stinks

When I bought my Procharger from RPM it was supposed to a complete kit. Far from it! Customer service stinks! The manufacturer wouldn't even talk about them, but did offer tech advice. After two months of torment I pieced everything together myself.

I called them to ask about a Procharger setup for my 01 a long time ago. They told me a totally different price than the magazine and then told me the magazine was just an "estimated" price. WTF does that mean?
