over here in oz the cleveland is a bit more comin then the windsor, parts an stuff are about the same cleveland's seem to have problems with spliting bores but if you half grout the block less likely to an as for the oiling problem you run a restricter kit which give more oil to the bottom end rather then the top where its not really needed they got some clevo over here making 1300HP on a standard block with twin turbos you can also get a bubble block which is what i run they have thicker bores.
