Just a question

Hello everyone out there in mustang world. I currently have a 2003 3.8L V6 mustang and am contemplating buying a 1991 5.0L V8 and doing an engine/transmission/rear end swap. I was wondering how possible it is and what kind of modification i would need to do to my car to make it compatible. Any help or suggestions would be greatly obliged, thank you everyone and keep driving those stangs.

I personally haven't heard of this being done, but you may be better off just buying a V8 car than doing all the work that this would take.
Have you ever thought about a supercharger? I think a 2003 V6 with a blower would get you to at least the performance level of a '91 5.0, if not past it.

Haha, well, i was thinking of goin down to the states next year and gettin a supercharger for my car. I can't really afford to get a new V8 mustang atm, and i don't think i would get much for mine since its a V6.

5.0 K member and it will drop right in,I do believe. I dont know for sure, but you may need a 94-95 transmission. They have a different bellhousing and a longer input shaft,so your shifter is in the right place.

Well I know for sure to put a 4.6 in a fox you just use the later K member,or modify the fox one. Should be the exact opposite of that.
