get the r/t. they are great tools and you can do a lot with them. thye are a challenge to learn, but there are forums out and other places just for help, tunes and all sorts of good info. IMO, a great purchase.

A friend of mine had one on his car. He got the R/T and took the car down for them to install it and tune it. He had 3 different tunes made so he could switch when he wanted. I was going to go that route but the programming was always said to be one of the worst types just like the EEC tuner and the likes.
His screen looked cool with the gauges and dials but he didn't even want to think of tuning with it. He just let the Dyno guys work it. I have the Accell Gen 6 and have only played with the out of vehicle functions on it. It seems pretty easy since I have the book written on tuning with it. I can only imagine how the Gen 7 and FAST stuff tune like.

THe only thing that bugged me about the TwEECer R/T was that I couldn't get a straight answer if it would have problems with bigger injectors. I run 72#'s and was told the pulsewidth can't be adjusted low enough and to just play with my pressure to compensate. Yeah, whatever. I gave up and never looked back. After dealing with this Gen 6 programming, I'll go with the Gen 7 or FAST when I upgrade. I may even try the PMS with a low imp driver. I hear they are the easiest thing to tune with out there.

PS, I read the TwEECer forums. Those guys sound like electrical engineers when they talk about this stuff.

Good luck
Dave

the only thing the tweecer R/t is good for is datalogging, unless you really understand how EEC works, buy something more beginer friendly like a gen 7 dfi, or what i like is the westernmotorsports,SDS, or a PMS, Or if you can swing the Dough a F.A.S.T

Just ask for a factory burned chip with a raised RPM limit. They can get your EEC ID number and burn it stock with a simple RPM change or even removal.

Most any chip makers. I had an autologic and mine was raised with it. I had a whole bunch of other stuff done but the rev-limiter was raised too.
