quick question?

was just wondering what the stock rwhp is on a 89 5.0? and a guestimate on a motor 5.0 stock heads, e-303 cam, under drive pulleys, short belt(No smog, a/c, pwr steering) CAI, msd dist, cap rotor, wires and blaster coil, 1 5/8 shortie headers o/r h-pipe, flows w/dumps. car has 100 shot nitrous but not counting that. Planning on changing heads and intake throttle body maf and 24lb injectors. i was trying to see an approx before and after, will have dynod and tuned when finished. trying to see how much approx hp gain. thanks again for your time

stock is 225 at the flywheel, after all this you probly have 235 at the wheels. if those heads are stock you might have lost lowend tq because the heads can bearly keep up with the stock cam

I agree with 86_LX.....

I had a buddy with almost the exact same mods on a 90 5 speed LX and he made 238 rwhp ( I can't remember what the torque was )..... That should give you a good idea, but just remember every car even with the exact same mods doesn't always make the same power.....
