im tryin to figure out how to buy slicks for my 1993 i just bought i know some 275 is the biggest u can fit plus i have a 2" drop but how do u convert it to like 28x12.5 how do u figure that size out?

i think for the most part a 275 width is about it, unless you remove the quad shock and roll the fender lip. Then you can go wider like 295

I THOUGHT a 315 would go IF you have the correct backspacing ... ??? ...

The backspacing is..... where you lug nuts go through.. more towards the inside of the rim or the outside.


have nitto 315s on a 9in wide rims going on the rear of my buddys coupe this week sometime. I will find out the size for sure but he says they fit. We will find out for sure in the next week or so and I will post up.

Can you also find out if he needs to roll the fender lips and massage the inner fender well to make it fit?
