i here that a ford ranger axels and front end peices will convert one over to a 5 lug to

i went 96+ spindles front brakes, yukon rear axles and ranger drums, and MM ss front lines, its rather straight forward, you can do it all in half a day very easily with a few beer breaks if nothing goes wrong.

ok will 94-96 spindles accept the red cobra calipers ? where is a good place to find the spindles? besides a junk yard.

Yep. cobra/bullet/mach 1 are the same. I just put the mach 1 calipers (plain black but same dual piston) on my 97. Great upgrade.

Re: Link to good brake and 4 to 5 lug conversions

If you use 94-95 spindles on a fox body you will need to put spacers under the lower ball joint nut or use 95-94 ball joints. Also if you use everything off of 94-95 even the brake hoses you will need an adapter to hook up to the hose on the drivers side. NAPA has them. I changed my fox over this way. On the rear I used ranger axles and drums then later I went with all 1995 stuff and switched to disc in the rear. it was a easy swap
