2.3L Cylinder Head

I'm new to this site, so forgive me if this question has been answered elsewhere --

I've heard that the 91 - 93 Ranger had a roller cam. I'm pretty sure this can be dropped on to an 88 2.3 in the Mustang and with a performance cam - Comp Cams make a nice one - it should be a great improvement.

Would there be anything else to consider for the swap? What Ranger head has the roller cam (want to make sure the info I have is correct)? Would I be better off just swapping the cam in the original head?

Thank you in advance for your help.
