Swaping auto to T5 question

I've got a free T5 off a 4cyl that I want to swap into my 91 4cyl auto. Besides the basic stuff like putting a clutch pedal in is there anything else major involved in doing the swap. Is there any computer stuff I will have to deal with, I wouldn't think so but don't know. Will the drive shaft be the same length? Anything else I should be aware of in doing the swap? Thanks for any help.

I know on the v8 cars, its really straight foward. We did one of duece's cars. I think all we did was put a pedal box in the car, tranny and related components. Other than that it was straight forward. The driveshafts are the same length to the best of my knowledge. We did have to jumper the neutral safety switch wiring in the car. It was done from under the car.
