2.3 turbo conversion

i have a 89 2.3 n/a mustang convertable and im swaping it out for a t-bird
turbo cupe motor and was wandering what mods if any need to be done to the ecu replace or chip or laptop tunner. this is not the first n/a too turbo car
ive done but it is with a map intake system

I would change the ECU for an 87 or 88 Turbo Coupe. Im not totally sure but I would imagine a custom chip may be made for the other ecu.

i've got a mercury merkur 2.3 turbo ecm harness turbo, motor, and i think mass air... dont know the yr though

oh and got a couple trannies for it as well.. aod and a 4 speed with a couple clutches... but hows $300 sound...
