Cool 75mm throttle body

Just installed new Mac 75 mm t/b. Initial start up sends rpms to 2000 for a second or two then idles down. Car now idles several hundred rpms higher. Throttle sticks a little sometimes. Adjusted throttle stop on t/b and it now has smoother engagement. Called Mac and they claim the higher rpm is normal. I tried adjusting the idle screw. I turned it clockwise about one quarter of a turn. That is all i could get it to turn. It did make a slight difference. It still idles high and i am having to ride the brake alot. Mods include C&L elbow, Pro-M cold air intake and steeda underdrive pulleys. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Try this: with the engine off, take a feeler gauge (.010-.012) and underneath your throttle body, you will see a little adjustment bolt, back that off till you feel a slight drag between the bolt and the throttle body linkage......with that done, we will check the tps voltage.....turn the key on, engine off, take a needle and stick it into the green wire....use a volt meter and check your voltage......should read .096.....if not, you will need to barely loosin the two phillip screws and find .096.....tight down the bolt's, start the car and see how she feels......

x2, also unhook the iac motor while the car is running then plug it back in, if that doesnt help besure to disconnect the battery for a few minutes before running it again. i had the same problem with my accufab, but between adjusting the tps, resetting the iac and unhooking the battery i got her to idle like stock.
