hi i have a 2004 gt mach1 i beleieve it has a bbk air intake, its an auto too.
what can i do to make it faster without destroying the car? and where can i take it too get it done and done right? i'm in spring ill fl.

You can step your gears up to 4:10's and slap a shot of nitrous in her.......

Gears, a programmer such as SCT, underdrive pulleys, and a cat-back exhaust with a high-flow mid-pipe.

I would definitely go with a quality exhaust setup, gears, and tires especially if you plan on going to the track.
