you should always check piston to valve clearance to be sure as every motor IS different.
E cam fits with no issues ... F cam too but after that it can get close. its not hard to check and could save you a bunch of issues.
Its NOT just lift you have to worry about. Holding the valve open longer (duration) can cause the piston and valve to touch too.
Oh and dont forget you will need a pushrod length tool (less then $20) new correct length pushrods and stud mount rockers for any heads with stud mounts. |
