Hagerty has pretty good rates on Agreed Value Policies, but I found the best deal through Barrett-Jackson insurance associates.

Don't sweat it, I haven't had a problem, when I was getting quotes they all knew the car was making over 950 hp. None of them said they wouldn't insure it, however they where all quotes for agreed value policies.
